Join me in prayer today for the isolated, the unemployed, those in hospitals and nursing homes and for the transition of leadership in America.
Maya Angelou once said, “I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catchers mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back.”
The thing we need to throw back today are our prayers. Our God is able!
May the mountains bring prosperity to the people, the hills the fruit of righteousness. May he defend the afflicted among the people and save the children of the needy; may he crush the oppressor. — Psalm 72:3-4
