God’s perception of leadership is much different than man’s. It’s not the person who communicates best, performs best or even the one with the most charisma. God sees a true leader as the one who serves best. “The greatest among you will be your servant. For whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.”
(Matthew 23: 11,12)
