Every team, group and organization has:
1. Joiners
2. Participants
3. Winners
The joiners are content just to have a uniform or just have a job. They bring no real value to the team.
The participants are happy if they just get some PT (playing time).
Winners aren’t satisfied with just being on the team or getting some PT. They want to give their best each day. They help bring others up to their level.
We can all be winners if we pursue a positive attitude, give a great effort and place others ahead of ourselves.
