Has there ever been a era when people have been this distracted from having peace. The more “conveniences” we possess, the busier we become. David was a king, he had to be distracted by many things. He must have been very busy, as well. Yet, he penned this: “He leads me beside quiet waters, He restores my soul, He guides me along the right paths for His name’s sake.” (Psalms 23:2-3)
God leads, restores and guides. But, first, we must allow Him time to quiet our hearts and our minds.
“Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
