When we pray, we should often pray for wisdom.
After all, God promises to give us wisdom if we ask (James 1:5). We should ask God for wisdom in how we manage our time. The more I invite Him to be with me during the day in the decisions I make, in relationships, and in challenging tasks, the more productive and peaceful my day becomes. If I become too busy to spend time with God, then I’m too busy!
“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
