When a coach stands in front of their team, there are at least five things each player wants to hear:
1. This information will make me a better player.
2. This will help me to be more confident.
3. He believes in me.
4. He will not let me go unnoticed and I am not alone.
5. He cares about me.
If every athlete, student, employee or each member of a congregation could leave every practice, meeting or church service receiving these five things, their lives will be changed in a powerful and positive way.
Every person has value.
