MOUND VISIT
Occasionally, I’ll drive through campus and notice how many students are walking with their heads down, looking at their smart phones. I’m not criticizing them, since there have been too many days in my life that I’ve missed what God has for me; my eyes, mind and heart were oblivious to what He wanted from me…a smile to one person, or a “how are you doing, or “can I help you with that” to another. Or, maybe “thank you Lord for loving me and hearing my prayers.” Many times, I’m like the player in the dugout that has no clue what the count is, or who’s hitting or even the score. Today, I want to be in the game. What about you?
