Pray.
This morning in our “Coaches and Scouts Bible Study,” we discussed prayer. (BTW, if you are a coach or scout, or former coach or scout you are welcome to join us at 9:00 AM EST each Monday morning. Message me if you want to learn more). One of my takeaways from our Study was to be patient in prayer. If God says “no” to our prayer, we can trust that God still wants to give us good gifts. He may have something better in store for us. He may want us to “wait” for His perfect timing. Or, He may answer our prayer with something significantly better or different than what we ask.
“Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.”
