Less of Me, More of Him
In our day to day life, we have an opportunity to represent the One who paid for all of our sins on a cruel cross. What can we do to thank Him? We can live our lives in a way that closely represents Jesus’ perfect attributes. We can’t match them, but we can grow and become more like Him. Colossians 3:12 gives us a roadmap to walk in a way that pleases Jesus:
“Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”
“Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.” (Billy Graham)
Lord, help us all to live more like Christ.
