Problems, Trials, and Slumps.
I’ve heard it said that peace is not the absence of problems; it’s the presence of God. In baseball, a hitter is either in a slump, coming out of a slump, or going into a slump. It’s the same with trials. We will have trials, but God is with us!
“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.”
(Psalms 23:4)
“When a train goes through a tunnel and it gets dark, you don’t throw away the ticket and jump off. You sit still and trust the engineer.”
