The following principle holds true whether leading a nation, business, team or family:
“For lack of guidance a nation falls,
but many advisors make victory sure.” (Proverbs 11:14)
Don’t lead alone! First of all, ask God for wisdom, then seek out “many advisors.” I never make a MAJOR decision without seeking the council of at least three men who I know follow Christ and have wisdom. Find people you can trust and don’t be too proud to ask for advice. That principle will “make victory sure.”
