MOUND VISIT

One way to appreciate people is to add value to their lives. But if you want to add value to a person on your team or in your organization, you must value the person first.

*Do you manipulate people or motivate people?
*Do you see people on your team as someone you can help and give value, or are they a nuisance on your way to personal success?

The people in your circle of influence want to be appreciated instead of impressed. Seeing value in people and adding value to their lives is a “win-win” for everyone..

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.”
‭‭(Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬-‭4‬)
