MOUND VISIT
John Maxwell tells a story about a friend who collects blue crabs for his dinner. His friend says that if you only have one crab in the bucket, the crab will try to climb out. But if you have multiple crabs in the bucket, when one crab tries to crawl out the others pull him back to the bottom of the bucket.
Do you encourage those in your circle of influence to climb or do you pull them down? Do you promote mediocrity or excellence? Raise yourself up and bring others with you.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,”
(Colossians 3:23)
