Back in the 60’s millions of young people were moved by Bob Dylan’s lyrics and the heart felt way he sang. One of my favorites is “Like a Rolling Stone.” In one line he wails, “How does it feel, how does it feel?
To be on your own, with no direction home.”
For those of us who know Christ, we have a direction home. We have a compass always pointing toward Jesus. When we find ourselves in a spiritual wilderness, we can always look to Him for our direction home.
“When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.””
