There are times when it’s good to pray seeking God’s favor, protection, healing or peace (James 5:13). It’s a tremendous blessing to be able to approach the throne of God in this way. But the bulk of our prayers should be agreeing with God’s Word and His plan for our lives. And, asking Him to help us see others as He sees them…to help us be more like His Son, Jesus.
“…your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”
(Matthew 6:10)
