Mound Visits, 6/13/24

Kentucky Coach Nick Mingione asked me to travel out to Omaha with the staff and team for the College World Series. He also invited one of my best friends and a teammate I met when we were in the Reds organization in 1972, Doug Flynn. We are roommates out here, but different men than we were in ‘72. We still have fun and many laughs, but there is a newness and a peace that we didn’t have back in the day!
