If you are in a leadership position, in my opinion, you need to either pursue or keep these four things:
- KNOWLEDGE “An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” (Proverbs 18:15)
- PASSION “A leader without passion is like a river without water.”
- COMPASSION “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
- WISDOM “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given him.” (James 1:5)
All leaders need to grow in knowledge, lead with passion, care deeply about those they lead and seek wisdom daily.
