Mound Visits, 4/23/20

If you are in a leadership position, in my opinion, you need to either pursue or keep these four things:

1. KNOWLEDGE “An intelligent heart acquires knowledge, and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” (Proverbs‬ ‭18:15‬)
2. PASSION “A leader without passion is like a river without water.”
3. COMPASSION “People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
4. WISDOM “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given him.” (James 1:5)‭‭
   All leaders need to grow in knowledge, lead with passion, care deeply about those they lead and seek wisdom daily.
