Encouragement.

Encouragement is one of the greatest gifts you can give to someone. By encouraging someone, you are saying:

  1. I appreciate what you are doing or saying
  2. I believe in you (this helps some to believe in themselves. No telling what that person can accomplish if he believes).
  3. It brightens a person’s day. That alone is enough to offer encouragement.

The Apostle Paul says:

“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for BUILDING OTHERS UP according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.” (Emphasis mine)
‭‭(Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭29‬)

Leading, teaching and coaching helps tremendously, but encouragement wins.
