Five Loaves and Two Fish.
Jesus can take the work we do in His name and do far more with it than we could ever do on our own. Several years ago, I sent a simple text message to a coach who was eager to follow Jesus more closely. Today, these messages go out to 680 coaches and friends and hundreds of people I don’t know. I thank God and praise Him for showing me that He wants to use people like you and me.
“…Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, He gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then He gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied…”
(Matthew 14:19b-20a)
Jesus said:
“…apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:5b)
