Each Monday morning I’m on Zoom with a large group of baseball coaches and professional baseball scouts. It’s 30 minutes of learning, authenticity, and encouragement. If you are a current or retired coach or scout and would like to be in this Bible Study, let me know and I will send the link. It’s led by Pastor Mike Linch. He pitched for Bobby Richardson at Liberty back in the day.
“He went a little farther and bowed with His face to the ground, praying, ‘My Father! If it is possible, let this cup of suffering be taken away from me.’”
(Matthew 26:39)
Jesus drank from the cup of suffering so that we don’t have to. He drank from the cup giving us grace and access to the throne of God.
“The meaning of life. The wasted years of life. The poor choices of life. God answers the mess of life with one word: ‘grace.’”
