Our Father wants to give us good gifts today. May our hearts be open, our eyes and hands too. If we are looking down with a heart full of anger and pride; if our fists are clinched, how can we see and receive our gift?
God never changes. He wants to surprise us with good gifts. In fact, He already has.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. (James 1:17)
