Mound Visits, 11/24/21

Many times I attempt to do things all on my own. I make major decisions without seeking God’s wisdom in prayer. God promised that He would give wisdom if we ask (James 1:5). Why do I not ask? My prayer is this, “Father help me to follow you and walk with you, not ahead of you.”

God knows what is out in front of us. We don’t.

“Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.”
(Galatians 5:25-26)
