Mound Visits, 12/16/19
During Christmastime, giving and receiving gifts have become an important part of our custom and culture. It’s a multi billion dollar industry! But, reconciliation is more important to Jesus (who, by the way, is the reason for the season). Jesus said this:
“Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.”
(Matthew 5:23-24)
