Mound Visits, 12/21/18

My favorite Christmas movie is an old black and white version of “The Christmas Story” starring Alastair Sims. I love it because Ebenezer Scrooge goes from being , well, “Scrooge” to becoming a generous giver. He goes from being a cynic to a saint. That’s the transformational power of the love of Christ.

“Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–His good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)
