Mound Visits, 1/25/17

Are you engaged or enraged? If you don’t like your work environment, the direction your country is going or if your personal relationships are falling part, become engaged, not enraged. Pray for our leaders, pray for those who are hard to get along with and then get engaged in the process of improving the situation. This is not easy for me, but it helps me to see others the way God would have me see them.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 “I urge then, first of all, that request, prayers, and thanksgiving be made for everyone–for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives…”
And, let’s get engaged…
James 2:17 “In the same way, faith by itself, if not accompanied by action, is dead.”
