Mound Visits, 3/31/21
Our character is more important than our comfort. Jesus modeled this in a way that brings me to my knees when He said, “Father, not my will but yours be done” (Luke 22:42). Soon after, He was on the cross bearing incredible physical pain but also carrying my sin and shame…yours, as well. That is the ultimate example of character before comfort.
Let’s pause this week and thank God for His plan of salvation for us!
