Mound Visits, 3/4/17
My good friend, Steve Wigginton shared this with me yesterday: “Mike Tyson once said, ‘Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.’ In proverbs 19:21 we are told, ‘Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.'”
Many times we develop a good plan for our team, our business, our family or ourselves. But, often God has another plan that will either teach us more, benefit us more, shape our character more or it will simply interrupt ‘our plan’ so that He can get our attention. His purpose always prevails. His plan is always “plan A.”
