Mound Visits, 4/17/21

During my first year as head baseball coach at Kentucky, in a game against a rival team, we found ourselves down by three runs late in the game. My sophomore shortstop must have seen the beads of sweat on my forehead. He casually walk up to me in the dugout and quietly said, “we got this, coach.” I trusted him and he was right. We rallied and celebrated after the win.I’m now in the “late innings” of my life, but God whispers in my ear saying, “Keith, we’ve got this.” I trust Him. He will hold my hand and there will be victory.“The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him,”(Nahum 1:7)Keith Madison SCORE International
