In order to be an effective leader we must:
- SAY THE RIGHT WORDS AT THE RIGHT TIME.
How do we do this?
We ask God for wisdom prior to every meeting or presentation.
“If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him.” (James 1:5)
- WE MUST ADD VALUE TO THE PEOPLE WE LEAD.
“…not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.” (Philippians 2:4)
