Leadership isn’t just about being in charge and giving orders. It’s about being responsible for others and carrying yourself in such a way that others will want to follow.
Jesus said this: “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked.” (Luke 12:48b)
