We don’t stop growing in our teens. We may stop growing physically, but intellectually and spiritually we grow pretty much as long as we want to. In order to grow, we must develop the skill of listening.

“Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.” –Stephen R. Covey

“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry,”
(James 1:19)
