Mound Visits, 6/26/18

If you are like me, it’s easy to get frustrated when things don’t go your way. You work hard, you try hard and then things still don’t work out. Eventually, I rediscover that It’s only when I place God in the center of my work, my plans and my dreams that I find peace in my “toiling.”

“What does the worker gain from his toil? I have seen the burden God has laid on men. He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”
(Ecclesiastes 3:9-11)
