Mound Visits, 8/11/23

Our thoughts are very powerful. They will determine our attitudes, productivity and shape how we treat others. Our thoughts don’t automatically go to what is godly. If allowed to go on their own, we will struggle with discouragement and thoughts that bring guilt and shame. Paul wrote the verse below from prison. If we can live this verse it will make for a better day and even a better life.

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
(Philippians 4:8)

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”
(Isaiah 26:3)
