Mound Visits, 8/12/25

When writing these “Mound Visits,” I never want to come across as if I have it all together. Because I don’t! I am a work in progress. Many times, I write about what is encouraging me at the moment, or what might be convicting me on a particular morning.

“I am not what I ought to be, I am not what I want to be, I am not what I hope to be in another world; but still I am not what I once used to be, and by the grace of God I am what I am.”
(John Newton)

“Tolerance isn’t about not having beliefs. It’s about how your beliefs lead you to treat people who disagree with you.”
(Timothy Keller)

“Do to others as you would have them do to you. “If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them.”
‭‭(Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭31‬-‭32‬)
