Conviction of sin and a low self-esteem are two totally different things. If we sin, we know it and can do something about it–repent, turn from our wrong doing and turn toward God. If we have a low self-esteem and feel worthless, that is not from God! Think about this:

1. God created us
2. Jesus died for us
3. God’s Spirit lives in us

We are uniquely created and God has a plan for our lives. He has equipped us and given us gifts to use for a greater purpose.

“For we are God’s workmanship, created to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)
