Most all of us agree that there is too much anger in the world. It’s displayed daily on multiple news outlets, in congress, and on some city streets. It has become so normal to see it that it seems OK if we display it ourselves among family and friends. I’m no scientist or theologian, but I’m sure this anger is detrimental to our health and our relationships. Jesus tells us to forgive and to even pray for our enemies. Let’s follow Jesus.

“My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.”
‭‭(James‬ ‭1‬:‭19‬-‭20‬)

“Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were.”
