Procrastination and indecisiveness are the enemies of success. Comedienne Ruth Buzzi observed this:
“The road of life is paved with flat squirrels who couldn’t make a decision.”
While dealing with both the procrastination and indecisiveness of bureaucracy during WW ll, General MacArthur once demanded, “By all means do something!”
When we “do something” we put ourselves in a position to succeed. Even if we fail, we learn from our mistakes. If we do “nothing” we are sure to fail and learn nothing in the process.
“All hard work brings a profit,
but mere talk leads only to poverty.” (Proverbs 14:23)
