Mound Visits, 9/21/18

Each one of us has been given a gift; some have been given multiple gifts. We were given gifts so that we may do “good works,” or serve others. The Bible says this about the gifts we are given:

“For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
(Ephesians 2:10)

“Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others…”
(1 Peter 4:10)

The more you serve, the more like Christ you become. This is how we make our homes, neighborhoods and the world a better place to live.
