About Keith Madison

The game of baseball is a powerful vehicle that interests the youth of many countries. Since 2006, through SCORE International, Keith has reached thousands of Dominicans with various baseball outreach trips. Through short-term mission trips, players and coaches are able to share the riches of Jesus Christ following baseball clinics and team competitions.

While serving as Head Baseball Coach at the University of Kentucky for 25 years, Keith amassed 737 wins and has been inducted into five Halls of Fame: Kentucky High School Baseball Hall of Fame, University of Kentucky Hall of Fame, the American Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame, Edmonson County Hall of Farm, and the Kentucky Sports Hall of Farm. In 2013, Keith was honored with the Lefty Gomez Award. Keith retired from coaching in 2003 and began his work with SCORE International. Sharon retired in 2004 from teaching high school English. She now helps Keith administratively and also reaches out to coaches’ wives and friends through her personal bi-weekly devotionals.

By working for SCORE International, Keith can combine two of the passions in his life: his faith and baseball. He reaches hundreds of college and high school baseball coaches and friends through his bi-weekly devotions and has spoken to thousands of coaches and players in 16 states and the Dominican Republic. God has blessed both Keith and Sharon with many opportunities to share God’s Message of love and reconciliation.
