Mound Visits, 12/2/23

Jesus’ encounter with the woman at the well is always moving for me to read. She carried the empty water pale of shame and guilt. Jesus offered an everlasting well of living water containing forgiveness, hope, love and eternal life. This was a match made in heaven.

“Jesus said to her, ‘I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?’” (John 11:25-26)
