Mound Visits, 2/26/21

Many times I’ve talked about the power of believing in people who play for you or work for you…also people in your family. It is one of the most underused tools in every leaders tool box. I am blessed. I can rattle off names of teachers, coaches and administrators who believed in me. I’m sure you can too. It has made all the difference in my life. The power of someone knowing that you believe in them will last forever. Change someone’s life today. Let someone know you are for them, you trust them, you believe in them.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.”
