As a former coach, I couldn’t help reading
1 Peter 4:8-11 thinking about what a great recipe Peter has for formulating a winning team:

1. Love each other deeply, because love covers a multitude of sins (or errors!)
2. Don’t grumble
3. Use your gifts to serve others
4. Extend grace, expecting no more from others than you expect from yourself
5. No negative talk or body language
6. When you become fatigued, use God’s strength to serve
7. Since God gave each one gifts, use them to honor Him

Great recipe for a team, business or family!
