Mound Visits, 3/23/17
Inky Johnson is a former Tennessee Vol football player. A horrible injury on the field left him partially paralyzed. Now, God is using him in a different way. Inky is now a powerful and effective speaker. He recently said, “The world is not changed by your opinion. The world is changed by your example.” This is so true. My pastor recently echoed this thought when he said, “Your beliefs don’t make you a better person, your behavior does.” Over 2,000 years ago, James admonished us in this way: “Do not merely listen to the Word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.” (James 1:22)
