Mound Visits, 4/20/20
When Elijah needed to hear from the Lord, he didn’t hear from Him in the wind, fire or earthquake. He heard from Him in a whisper. Most of us are saying that our lives are calmer now. This is a good time to listen for the whisper from God that will bring peace, rest and healing for our souls. When our bodies and minds are still and quiet, that’s when peace is spoken.
“After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper.”
(1 Kings 19:12)
