Mound Visits, 4/5/19
Just because you want to say it, doesn’t mean you should say it. Social media has given many a means to express a cynical spirit, rudeness and a boldness to share words that cause pain without any repercussions. I heard someone recently say, “Social Media has made many people comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the mouth for it.”
“Set a guard over my mouth, O Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips.”
(Psalm 141:3)
My prayer should be, “Lord keep your arm around my shoulder and your hand over my mouth.”
