Mound Visits, 5/19/18
There is pain, sadness, disappointment and evil in our world. But, there is also faith, hope, love and joy.
These four verses cause me to be thankful for my faith, helps me to love others and they give me great hope and joy. This hope and joy is available to every believer.
2 Corinthians 4:16-18 “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”
2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”
