“What do you do when disappointments come…when it weighs on you like a rock? You can either let it press you down until you become discouraged, even devastated, or you can use it as a stepping stone to better things.” (Meyer)

God spoke these words to Isaiah centuries ago and they are just as true and needed today:

“I live in a high and holy place, but also with him who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite.” (Isaiah 57:15)
