Albert Einstein once said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”

If I want to grow in my relationship with Christ, if I want my attitude to become more positive, if I want to love my family and friends more deeply and if I want more peace in my life, then I should spend more time meditating on God’s Word. If I just read God’s Word casually and check it off on my list as a good thing to do, I will remain shallow in my faith and in the way I love others. I need to change my approach. “When we get in to God’s Word, God’s Word will get in to us.” (Batterson)
