Mound Visits, 9/17/16
We’ve all very likely heard it said that we should “grow where we are planted.” That is true, we should make the very best with what we have to work with. But, sometimes we want more to work with! Jesus is very direct along these lines. He knows our hearts. He said this in Luke 16:10, “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will be dishonest with much.” My prayer is this, “Lord, give me the wisdom to be trustworthy and honest with what you have blessed me with.”
